DeedPoll.com.sg provides an online platform for Singapore residents to apply for deed poll services offered by JCP Law LLC. The service includes document preparation, identity verification, and execution of deed polls by qualified advocates and solicitors.
Service fees are collected at the time of application and processed securely by Stripe. Fees vary by execution method (In Person or Virtual). ICA processing fees are separate and not included in our service fee.
You are responsible for ensuring all details submitted (names, NRIC numbers, addresses) are accurate and match your official identity documents. JCP Law LLC will verify these against the documents you upload, but is not liable for errors arising from incorrect information provided by you.
The lawyer–client relationship is established upon your in-person or virtual signing appointment with a JCP Law LLC solicitor. Submission of an online application does not itself create a lawyer–client relationship.

To the extent permitted by law, JCP Law LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant transaction.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
